Program Services - Quality Improvement Team
The Quality Improvement Team work directly with contracted child care providers to enhance the quality of their programs. Staff provide on-site coaching and technical assistance. Staff assess where providers are and provide information and training on recommended research-based best practices. Staff also perform hearing, vision and developmental screens on children enrolled in the School Readiness program and provide feedback to teachers and parents regarding children's development.

The Outreach team works directly with volunteers and community partners to provide support by helping increase awareness of the ELC. The Outreach team is responsilbe for coordinating community events, ELC events, recruiting volunteers, receiving donations, and communicateing ELC's message to the community served.

Information Technology Team
The information technology department is responsible for providing technical tools used within the ELC to accomplish its mission of preparing children for success in school. The IT teams provides reliable access to secured data, computers, phones, and applications that empower the organization to be accountable to the community served. The ELC contracts this service out to Inspired Technologies.
Quality Assurance and Accountability Team
The Quality Assurance and Accountability team supports ELC customers, including staff, by providing operational audits, performance measurement tools, and information management analysis to ensure that the ELC offers consistent and high quality customer service, clear expectations and accountability.
