Have Concerns About a Child?

The ELC offers early intervention services and support to early care and education providers and the families they serve.

These services, through developmental, health and behavioral screenings, help detect developmental and behavioral delays early. Early identification of children who may need additional support or early intervention services is critical to ensuring that child receives the best education possible.

The services the ELC provides includes developmental, hearing and vision screenings for children and the Warm-Line, which assists early care and education providers with health, developmental, disability, and special needs issues of the children they are serving.
